13.00 per foot a good price for the insulated pex from central boiler?

I paid $11 per foot for their thermopex where I bought it so that sounds about right, yeah. I had to buy 5 feet increments though.
 
I used central boiler's "dealer locator" to find a dealer near me. There were 3 options all about the same distance away, so I simply used the cheapest dealer I called and went and picked it up. I would recommend trying that.
 
sounds right for 1" 1 1/4" runs about $16 a foot
