Anyone ever built a log splitter starting with a lawn mower motor? I have access to this honda motor. Is there a reason these vertical motors shouldn't be used for a log splitter build?

This might help put it into perspective:

Thanks Jags, I'll go spend the $15 to get the motor and store it for a later build effort.
