Hello

I am buying a 52 i stove insert. the space from bottom of fire place to floor is 4.5 inches to tile.
The hearth was made level with floor and tiled.

I like to know is there a base that can sit under the stove? I prefer the floor stay level .
 
What I think you're saying is that you have a raised firebox.
When we ran into this situation, we would have to fabricate a small
hearth riser. We would go to the local steel supplier & grab pieces
of scrap steel plate & have them cut & welded into a rectangular box.
That box would then sit under the insert & if it's made well, it looks
really nice. Unfortunately I do not have any access to pictures of that
finished hearth to show you...
