6039 American Harvester issues

Hope someone can help - new auger only will come on once every 80 seconds it acts like it is in shut down mode ? The auger light is flashing - the agitator will not move at all - and the room fan runs constantly- We swapped mother boards - swapped out motors , cleaned stove, reset to factory , check all wires visually.
It acts like it is in shut down mode all the time . Any suggestions ??
