Question:

Our 1920s AGA cookstove at our summer camp on Lake Ontario has finally rusted through some key parts inside. The dilemma: should we attempt to somehow retrofit the stove, or ditch it for an alternative? Is there anyone out there who has info on retrofitting AGAs? We adore the stove; it was fueled by coal and provided both great cooking options and a source of mellow heat on cool days/nights. We would love to salvage our AGA if there is any (economical) way. Love to hear from anyone with AGA experience...
