We installed our Kuma Cascade in November. This is a great stove! The unit can heat for 8-9 hours with no problem. Wood usage is far less than our old unit. We burned through 3 cords in a normal year with the old unit. I believe it will be approximately 2 cords for the Kuma. What a pleasure this stove is to operate. Very well engineered. Glass stays clean for weeks. Glad to have a better stove as propane costs are through the roof here in Calif.
