Gonna be lower 90s tomorrow. I will try to resist the temptation to start a fire in the stove. >>

Burn when you're cold...what's the calendar got to do with it?

Gotta agree with Fossil . . . one year I ended up burning on July 3rd. Normally though . . . I try to avoid burning until I have to . . . I like the fall and cooler temps, but I can resist the urge to burn . . . well maybe not so much . . . I do like a good camp fire or fire in the burn pit this time of year.

It's still too hot in ct. I don't even burn in my new fire pit [Hearth.com] Anyone burning yet?

I just had my new insert installed early this summer. Having never had one, I couldn't wait until winter to try it out so I fired it up in July when the temps were in the 90's.

We had every window open and were sweating like pigs but it was great!

No. No way. Even up here in Canada.

The furnace is switched off. Home is warm from the free solar heat.

I don't even have a stove at the moment
