better than throwing away or composting. cORRECT? I got some from a local sidewalk and alleyway. after a friend told me about them. LOL

personally for me its a no cause we dont really have many big enough in my area that are producin nuts i found 1 but decided to grab as many chestnuts as i could so i could cold stratt them and try and plant them come mar/apr .... but if given the chance id prob give em a whirl as kindlin ...p.s sorry for the long drawn out reply
