Mine is down to 30% on a 500 gal tank. Im not worried about it running out as i have the stove but come on now... how much lower are they going to let it go? they say they use some algorithm to figure out when to refuel.

They likely use a calculation based on your appliances attached and their presumed operating time. If you're worried, I'd just call.

Where I live it's a minimum of 200 gallons, so 40% on a 500 gallon tank. It might be different in other locations.
