Austroflamm seems to be a part of Rika in Austria. http://www.rika.at/
They even have the manual for your stove online but it is in German; it may not help you much.

You could also try to contact them directly. Regarding the 8 kW figure: European tests are different, heat output should be comparable to a smaller medium sized insert in the 1.9 to 2 cu ft firebox range.
