Better pics of new stove. Looking for thoughts and advice.

Howdy folks, I posted earlier looking for help identifying the stove in a house my wife and I are purchasing. Now I'm pretty confident its a Quadra-Fire 3100i. I was able to take a couple better pictures at the home inspection and I was wondering what you guys think.

Its a bit dirty, but I don't see an obvious problems.

Make sure you have a sweep come and clean and inspect it looks like they were burning wet wood
 
Yes, have the sweep clean thoroughly and also verify that there is a full stainless steel liner from chimney top connected to the insert. If this is an exterior chimney you may want to consider having a block-off plate installed at the damper level to keep the insert hotter and returning more heat into the room.
