Looking at a house with one installed ,just wondering if worth keeping. house is well insulated,thanks for any info.
 
This unit is catalytic. I believe that a little while back the unit name was changed or the company was bought out. If you take a look at the manual for each I believe they are the same unit. I only know this because I saw one for sale the other day for only a few hundred dollars and did a bit of digging to see if it was any good. Actual experience I have none.
