Bougatsa!

Some may remember my stab at Baklava.I said then, that I found a recipe for this custardy Bougatsa and wanted to make it.
Well, did it last night.
Couldn't find semolina, so I used farina (cream of wheat). Came out very good, but the pic may be a bit flashed out.

I have no idea what the hell that is, but it looks great! I'm picturing several pieces of that with a nice cup of coffee.

If I could make a Bugatti, I'd do it. I'm relegated to the dessert.
