Hi gang, I have a new Breckwell Big E 1000, and I am having an issue as follows...my #1 and #2 on my heat settinglights are on at the same time, any idea why? I reset the stove 4 times, and it doesnt seem to help.

Thanks for the add. The Breckwell 1000 Big E is a pellet stove, I should have put that in the heading sorry.
