My breckwell p24. 1991 manual circuit board seems to be working but when I hit the main switch to the off position the whole stove shuts off even combustion fan … fire still going. ….shouldn’t the exhaust fan stay on till fire out and cooled down ??

Yes fan should continue until the low limit switch reads about 100 degrees. Switch is a Breckwell T22 110 degree low limit it is located on top of the combustion fan assembly. Check to see if it is damaged. Both the blower and auger switches are the same the blower switch is on the left and auger switch is on the right you could swap wires to each switch and see if blower continues to run when you shut down.
