Our cat doesn't like trips in any vehicle, but gets carsick when driven by my wife in her gas car. She doesn't get carsick when driven in my EV. Frankly, this probably has more to do with my wife's herky-jerky driving style (accentuated by a gas car) with hard braking than anything else.
