Buying cats from Stovecombustors Online Store....

Has anyone here done any business with this store? Back on Jan 15th I ordered a new cat for my stove. Believe it or not it has not arrived yet I tried to contact them through their site.....six times but no response. Would anyone have a tel. number for them? I have a feeling that I got taken for a ride

I would notify them again and if you do not hear back within a reasonable time frame then I would do a chargeback through the CC company. good luck

I will try to call them on Monday & if that fails then I will go through the credit card co. & try to get my money back. It is sad to see things like this.....I suppose what I am trying to say here......think twice before buying anything from Stovecombustors!

I just went through this also with them. They told me that the combustor was on back order and it finally arrived 30 days later. They are affliated with clearskies...
