Does BK King require adapter?

Looking at getting some Selkirk DSP double wall stove pipe for my BK King.

Do I need to get the stove adapter? Will the DSP pipe fit over the stove collar without the adapter? I don't have a lot of vertical space so I'd like to skip the adapter if possible.
