Efel Harmony 05 DV conversion

Hi,

I have a Efel Harmony 05 DV 499 90 31/11 propane stove that uses a 820 Nova Sit Valve which I would like to convert to natural gas.

According to the manual this stove's burner needs 0.65 for propane and 1.04 for natural gas. Unfortunately the units are not stated! What is this referring to?

It HAS to be millimeters. 1.04 " is way too large.
