I was just cleaning the stove out, & noticed the the gasket is torn nearly all the way thru. Is it easy to change or does anyone now a stove shop that will do it for me in NJ?

Which gasket? If it's the door gasket it's pretty easy but it's also pretty easy to remove the door and bring it into the store. Any shop should have the correct assortment of gasket sizes to replace it properly.

I guess, a stove shop will put one in a door, or come to the house to do it. But the procedure is to put the new one in and close the door to squeeze the gasket as it dries. It's easy, and one of the things you should know how to do. Search here it's been explained many times.

Not hard to do.
Search you tube many vids on gasket replacement.
