I have a Jotul 3 circa 1984 and need to replace some gaskets. I've been trying to determine the right gaskets and it's proving to be harder than I thought. One dealer who helped me looked it up and said the door takes 3/8" Low Density gasket, the glass takes 1/4" Low Density gasket, and the top takes 3/8" High Density gasket.
The Jotul universal gasket set that is readily available doesn't stipulate high or low density for any of the included gaskets. Does anyone have any insight?
