Looking for some wood for the winter (before it get's too cold....). Anyone have any recommendations and what sort of price I should expect to pay? I don't need a full cord, as I've got a mix of locust and red oak, but I don't have nearly enough to last the winter.

PS - I looked at the Fuel Report, but it doesn't list wood, only pellets, corn, biomass etc.

Thanks!
Blake

Have you checked Craigslist for free stuff? I just looked for Minneapolis and found several free firewood posts. Some you will have to drive for. Do you have a truck and/or trailer?
