Hello all! I’m having a small issue with my Harman insert just installed last Aug. burned about 2ton so far. Now normally when I open the door to scrape the pot /remove ash the distribution slows to about %1 then when I close it , it ramps back up immediately .. Lately when I closed the door the fan takes a while to come up to 100% even ramps up slowly at times. It may now take about 3-4 min. I feel like something is getting dirty or about to break.. where should i be looking to fix this ..

If this is a normal Accemtra insert and not the 52i then--- I would pull the stove out, lean it forward onto a block, (also put a block behind it so that it cant fall and crush your head), and get down there with a flash light and see how clogged up the blower motor is. I would think you are going to need a new distribution blower soon. I just replaced mine. I got it on Amazon for $115

Keep the old one, they are rebuildable if you are at all handy.

Well if it’s going I hope it dose soon cuz like I said it’s 2 tons old sounds like warranty work..
