Having the day off, I decided to address the noisy auger in my Accentra . After pulling all the reduction gears out of the housing I started the stove, and the motor was dead silent. The noise Im hearing, in my case, is the whine of the reduction gears themselves. I oiled the shafts and packed grease around the gears and it did help alot. If the gearbox isn't driving anything, it is very quiet. Just something to think about
