this stove is new. it set in a waerhouse all this time. the auger only works when you hold the manual feed in or when the fan first comes on. help! what can do. is there any parts out there.

Sounds like not getting enough vacuum for the stove to continue startup. Plugged exhaust, gaskets take a set making poor seal, the exhaust fan not coming up to full speed because the motor can't overcome stiff bearings, bug or other critter plug the vacuum line? There a manual available for the stove showing circuitry so we may get a better idea of how to get the stove going?
