In Virginia we experience an annual "shad run" where hickory and american shad run up the east coast and make spawning forrays up tidal rivers. This happens early Spring and creates great fishing when they show up. The water temp and weather control how quickly they swim up the river systems. I starting keeping a fish log and know when I caught them last year. I'd like to compare this year's weather and water temps with last year's. Any of you good weather gurus know how to obtain this type of data?
