Insulation question

On my flex liner the kit came with a 25 foot liner but only 21 feet of insulation. I'm kinda stuck now and not sure what to do

You won’t be trimming the 25’ down at all? It’s not going to hurt anything if a few feet at the bottom doesn’t have insulation.

Unless there are clearance issues in the smoke chamber which are common. I always start the insulation just above the block off plate
