Went to the farm I cut on. Cut some over there yesterday but no pics. Got an early start and could see my breath. The two saw plan was the 028 and the 440.

Started on a Virginia pine by the old entrance to the farm.

Then I headed down to the old swimming pool. It is the oldest pool in the county. Spring fed and overgrown now. I was told there was a big ash down. But it was a red maple. And mostly across the pool.

That is where the photos end because I cut the maple I could get to up. Some of it I had to roll over to finish my cuts. Well I had it half way and out comes a three foot long Copperhead! Thank god it was cold this morning and it was moving slow and I was moving fast. I was going to take the maple but not today.

looks like a good mornings work! Good thing it was nippy out!
