Vent cap looks good but you might want to silicone around both the exhaust pipe and thimble.

Gotcha. Kinda looked like fresh air intake for the house. Wouldn't want exhaust blowing into that

That's my oak I mounted from inside wall. Also I think pretty far away from exhaust...

My OAK is right next to the vent about 12" away.
