looks like it was yanked pretty hard against that steel edge! It looks pretty ugly, however if its not punctured or misshapen I would feel it would be ok.
I'm not a pro though, I'm sure one will chime in soon.
From the picture it looks like the integrity of the liner is fine but without a physical inspection then it's tough to say for sure. Small dents would be fine, just check to ensure no holes exist or thinning of the liner has occurred.
