I ordered mine in December and it is ready to install the end of this month. My quandry is I have a double sided fireplace, how do I deal with the back side. Install additional stones or paint the back side of the insert? This is a stone interior chimney in an arts and crafts designed home. I can't wait to fire this baby up. Still in the 40s up here.

I would put up a cement backer board with some kind of matching tile/stone. Make it so it could be removed in the future, sure makes servicing the insert a whole lot easier. Damn, wish I had access like that...
