Hello All,
Looking for some advice on choosing between two brands of gas inserts.
The Kozy Heat Chaska 34 vs. the Regency Horizon HR14E.
Which is considered a more reliable brand? Less repair and service issues?
Longer lasting and better performing?
Many thanks in advance.

Can't help with the KH products, as I've never dealt with them.
Regency, on the other hand, makes a VERY good product, & their
units seem to throw an amazing amount of heat. The newer IPI
(SureFire Ignition) products were just hitting the market when I left
the industry, & altho I DID install one of the fireplaces, I haven't
seen any of the inserts. The older inserts were very reliable units
& fairly easy to install & service, so I would assume the newer ones
would be similar...HTH
