On page 33 and 34.

First, on page 33 they mention a "PRIME" button, if you look at the figure there's no such a button. I dont remember seen this mention when i looked at the manual the last time over a year ago, it's been a year or so and maybe i don't recall......but regardless do you see a "PRIME" button???
My stove does NOT have that button.

I assume they mean the "AUGER FEED" button.

Second, on page 34, the BLOWER TRIM now says it is behind the side panel by the control panel.
Honestly, when i looked at this over a year ago i don't remember mentioning anything like this. I think I'm sure this trim was controlled similar to the FEED TRIM by a combination of buttons.
I'd like to increase the air coming into the burn pot.

geek, sometimes they change controllers and what you have may not match the manual.

There have been at least 2 different controllers on the stove I have that I have the manuals to match and I've heard there was a third.

Prime would be your auger feed button.

I agree, but they should've mentioned this. Someone new to this will be going nuts looking for a PRIME button that is nowhere to be found.

I hope I have a copy of the old manual because i dont think it ever stated that the panel need removal to trim the air.

I was right....I pinged the manufacturer and here's their response:

Good morning;

There is an error in the online edition of the manual. It is illustrating instructions from another model of pellet stove, instead of the instructions relevant to the NPS45.
The correct trim/adjustment settings are detailed below:

Glad you got it all figured out! Nice of them to get back to you and hopefully they fix(update) the online manual.
