Need help Identifying this insert with fan

Hi, I’m interested in picking up this free insert with fan but the seller does not have the model. I want to make sure it will fit. Does anyone recognize this model?

Looks like a Buck 28000. There are several threads on this insert. It will need a liner in the chimney and adapter to connect.

Looks like an old buck or a copy of one. I am pretty sure they are not legal to install in CA anymore
