We are trying to repair a Reliant Industries Model T-40 DC pellet stove purchased in 1997, 2 years before the company went out of business. We think the problem is that it needs a replacement auger motor. The owner's manual doesn't give the specs for the motor. Does anyone have them? I guess we need to know rpm's, horsepower and whether the shaft turns clockwise or counter-clockwise. Thanks in advance for any help you can give!

According to this, it should be a 2 rpm, 12 Volt DC motor. The direction of rotation can be determined by looking at the auger intake in the hopper. During rotation, the auger blade should be pushing the pellets away from the intake.
