Troubleshooting my parents' pellet stove from another state —

When I was last home, spent a morning pulling the bottom auger under the assumption it was a jam. But that didn't solve the problem, which is:

Neither auger turns. I swapped wiring between top and bottom to test whether it was one or the other motor (hopper closed), didn't prompt any movement. The blowers blow.

Stove had been working, till it didn't, in service since whenever my "joined" date is here on the forum.

I didn't have my voltmeter last time, but I'll be traveling back to the area next week — ideally I'd order any replacement parts now so they'd arrive when I do.

Thoughts, experiences, troubleshooting procedures appreciated.

Hopper lid safety switch or one of the other safeties would be a good place to start checking/bypassing.
