I decided to order up a convection deck and extra door gasket material for my Princess so I did a dealer locator search and was pleasantly surprised that there was a new dealer very close to me! This was great news as the dealer I got my stove from is a long way off and left a lot to be desired and will not receive any more business from me. I walked in the door today at the new dealers showroom and inquired about BK stoves...he asked.."you have heard of them?" 
Boy have I ever! They had a Princess on display burning and he was impressed with it! He told me that he got one in to see if the burn times were hype or not..he has discovered that they are the real deal! I soon realized that he was not well versed in the operation of the stoves so I shared everything I knew with him and that if he ever needed any install info to visit the professionals here for additional info....he was very grateful for that and thanked me...it was very apparent to me that he was very eager to learn and we conversed for some time...I made a new friend today and I fully expect him to visit here soon.
