Good morning

I have a new blaze king Ashford insert that was installed mid November that I’m having issues with.

First the loading door handle started getting more difficult to open in the last week or so. Now it takes enough force to lift up that it starts to move the insert.

Second, the wood handle cracked and rotates with each use. It’s going to break fairly soon at this rate.

Is this normal? I hadn’t seen any issues in the comments.

Any suggestions? So far my dealer has not acknowledged my question and concern.

It is not normal. Your dealer can contact us for instructions on adjustment. There is a pem nut in the handle assembly that is not obvious. It should take about 5 minutes to resolve. The dealer also needs to order a new olive wood handle as yours is damaged. This will be covered under warranty.

Do not post dealer name here, but pm me the dealer and we can also reach out to them.
