New harman P61 not heating like I thought it would

Something is definitely off. Your P61 ought to be making the area uncomfortably hot at those settings in relatively short order.

Feeling the Heat
Does the flame size stay fairly constant while burning or does it vary over time going from large to small and then large again?
My Harman XXV will throttle up and down in flame size to maintain a room temperature of about 70 degs. Setting wise you're similar to what I have (red markers put at dial settings for easy recall for the wife). Are you able to raise and lower the distribution blower speed with the Room/Stove Temp knob? My Room Sensor is behind the stove at about 5 feet.
