Question, How important is it that these new stoves be level?
Mine is out about a 1/2 inch. The front is lower than the back.
Thanks for any replies.

It depends on how it looks sometimes. Typically the stove should be level though. Do the legs have leveling bolts?

Yes it has leveling bolts. It does look ok I was just wondering if it would
affect how well it operated since it vents in front of the baffle and that is
in the front of the stove. I know flue pipe needs 1/4 in. rise per ft. to operate right.
Thanks.
i know flue pipe need

Probably has an inline like I do....lol

So, do you shoot a flintlock? We’ve got a lot of smoke poles here!
Yes, I built 2 Hawkins from kits . One is a 50 cal. flintlock. The other is a 54 cal.
caplock. I enjoy shooting both, the 50 cal. is the most accurate.
