I think that is for the entire code and not just section 211. 221 is like $38, but the whole shooting match is over $1300!

If you're talking about "listed" as in a listed woodstove, that's not what NFPA 211 is about. It's a publication (one of many) put out by the National Fire Protection Association, and the title of 211 is "Standard for Chimneys, Fireplaces, Vents, and Solid Fuel-Burning Appliances". Most recently published in 2006. I have a copy on the desk in front of me in case you'd like to know more about it. It's not a tome, more like the size & heft of a catalog from L.L. Bean. It is, appropriately, bright red in color. Rick

Is it flammable?

Most assuredly a combustible, yes. Rick

It can be viewed on-line for free.

Rick, if you put up a sheet metal shield with a 1" airspace and non-combustible spacers, you'll be able to slide that booklet 12" closer to the stove.

 Yes, I know, Tom, but thanks for the tip. It's close enough to the stove just where it is, for now. When the time comes for it to be closer, I'll go ahead and open the loading door. %-P Rick
