I purchased an Osburn everest 2 a while back and am now just getting ready to install it. I don't have an existing fireplace but am looking to install it on a 2x4 wall with my gas kitchen stove on the other side. With the gas pipe being in the wall directly behind where the fireplace will go, how far should the fireplace be from the gas pipe?

Also, how far off the edge of the fireplace does the stone usually end at?

Any answers or insight would be appreciated 🙏
