I have a PB 105 and ever since I got it if i run out of pellets I get no error code the board has been replaced twice but still I get the same problem. Any ideas?? Other wise It has been running fine. I have also replaced the burn pot a few times and a few ignitors. I now have a SS burn pot from Harman, I installed it in the fall and it is starting to bump up but no cracks yet.

Mine is the same way. I just power it off and turn it back on.

I believe that your PB105 has a hopper like the PF100; it will hold 4 bags,
that can go a long way....the most I have ever used is 3 bags in a 24 hour
day, and I go through 7 ton each year (big house).
Set a cold case of beer besides your PB105, then you can check on the
bin more ofter!!
Does your red light blink on your thermostate work? That would give you another
indicator that pellets are low.
