Does anyone know the the phone number for Vermont Casting. I am quite upset at how poor this product has performed and this is really only my second year of burning for this unit...

Woke up the other morning and the plate which holds the catalytic had fallen down and is now hanging by one bolt. Due to the heat the bolts have snapped off.....

Manufacture came to our house in 2009 and had to remanufacture the air intake lever so it would operate properly as you couldn't open or close the lever. Also, they had to grind down the right hand lever so the flu work work correctly.

We also still have cold air coming into our house from the unit.

Obviously they are just producing these units with design flaws.

Any suggestions in terms of getting them to fix this???

That's unfortunate. It's a good looking unit. You best option is to go to the Dealer. If they are any good they will do the leg work for you. Locating a good VC dealer is important when owning a VC product.
