Ok so i have this quadrafire 1200 and i cant seem to get the auger to work. Well it did work until accouple days ago so just looking for some suggestions i have not tried yet.

What does work

1. The combustion blower
2. Power across snapdisk 1 and 2
3. Heater pot if i toss in a hand full of pellets it lights them up.
4. the convection blower if i trip snap disk1 with a propane lighter
5. The Call Light

What doesn't work
1. Auger motor
2. Power across snap disk 3

So what i did try was

1. checked the fuse
2. dropping in a hand full of pellets and yea they fire up.
3. replaced snap disk 1
4. Jumped snap disk 2
5. Measured resistance across snapdisk 3 = 0 ohm's and jumped snap disk3
4. jumped the vac switch
5. unplugged the auger motor took my multi-meter to power in socket - got .06 acv

I would say the motor is dead but its not getting power for some other reason. So i am looking for other reasons that can happen.

No power to the auger could be a control board issue. Unplug the stove, re-seat the control board. Make sure contacts are clean. Perhaps this will help.

first, jump the auger motor to line voltage and see if it runs
Voltage to the motor is not constant. The auger motor cycles on-off
Maybe the motor is DOA
