Well, it's now day two and the convection blower shut down for about 10 seconds and started back up again. First time I have noticed it. I will try to locate a dt thermocouple tomorrow. Thought I had it fixed......

Through the harness eventually ending at the control board. There should be connector at the end of the wires

Unplug stove again and plug back in. Pull face off wall control and put back on. If that don't work, unplug stove, turn gray dial to 1. Plug stove back in, wait for it to do an auto-clean, then unplug again, and turn back to 0. Plug back in and see how it goes. If you have any downloaded fuel tables, it will delete them and go back to factory. Let us know. kap

So I checked all the wires and could not find anything wrong. I noticed if I opened the front door and the top, and then closed the top, it only showed the front door open. I closed the front door with the top open and then closed the top and it went in to startup mode. It seemed to take forever for the pellets to light (i thought the igniter went out too) and then all of the sudden it started up and has been running for about 45 minutes. I am worried what it will do when it shuts down for auto clean. If it does it again i will do the steps you said Kap

You may want to check hopper lid an door sensors as they may need to be adjusted for a better connection. The gray dial is on the control board. kap

I would be looking for a back-up heat source too. Can't depend on just a stove.

Ok, found the gray dial, switched it to 1 as you said, plugged it back in and read the doors were open and would not auto clean

Ok. Need to get the icons off wall control before auto clean will work. Have you checked that the sensors are close enough together to get signal? Have you traced their wires and checked connections are good? If push comes to shove, those two sensors connect to a wire harness right above the vac switch. You could make a jumper wire to stick in connection, after disconnecting the switches, to bypass those two sensors. Just be sure stove is off, or you don't ground wires out on stove. kap

After checking all connections on conv. fan wire harness and with a new drop tube thermos, if things still act up, I would have to say time for a new conv. fan. kap

Sorry, I didn't go back thru all posts. I would check all wire connections if we get this going and the new drop tube thermos doesn't do it. Also sorry I am not helping much, but hard to fix a stove over the computer. kap

I checked the wires from the switches, all look good. Seems weird that both of them are malfunctioning.

There are two thin black wires from each sensor correct?

Yes and they hook to their wire harness's right above the vac switch. Did you pull those connectors apart and put back together and trace to control board and pull that connection off and put back on, just trying to reseat things for better connection.. Also check sensors to make sure each half is close enough to each other? If this fails, then pull connections apart above wire harness and make jumper wire to bypass these switches, to get stove going. kap

Unplugged and plugged everything in, didn't do it. I wonder if the main board is bad? It ran great for the last 24 hours, conv motor jammed error and now this.
