hello! Looking for help please! VERY new to the pellet stove community, we purchased a Ravelli RV80 and we don’t feel it is heating the house up, even the room it’s in. We have the stove temp on 77’ but it is show it’s only at 66’. What are we doing wrong? Is it the brand of pellet? We are using Logik-e softwood. Help! We are cold in in a bomb cyclone!
