Recall on Speeco and Husky splitters.

Don't know what models but TSC had a flyer in the store yesterday. Didn't have time to read the whole thing but it had to do with a cracked gas tank.

brewerpete, just bought the Huskee 22 ton, your link did not come up. As far as I know my splitter is fine??? Thanks for the info all.

bottom line is you may not have the actual serial number affected and its a gas tank issue...

Honda had a similar recall last year on some of their walk behind mowers for the same reason. It's a pretty quick and easy fix.

Most 22 ton speecos have the have the briggs 6.5hp motor on it.
