thanks for the reply,but here in Ma. you need a licensed plumber to run gas pipe, with ccst pipe you also need an electrician the pipe has to be bonded to the home ground so that's 2 permits and more money. I think I am going to sell this stove and go with pellets. this is just to much BS
 
Have you looked at the price per gallon for your propane and comparing it $ per BTU to pellet before scrapping the gas stove idea?
