Anyone know where to get good gasket ( felt ) material to cut your own gaskets? Any links would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Has anyone tried head gasket material for a car engine? This would be cheaper. Would this withstand the high heat? Or just get the real stuff?

Sorry maybe I didn't explain myself properly. I am looking to cut gaskets for my pellet stove. For the combustion fan and auger motor. I read on here somewhere that somebody got thick material and it last a long time. This is what I am looking for, to cut my own gaskets for a pellet stove.
Thank you. Any links would be greatly appreciated.

I buy sheet material from my dealer
Does not cost a lot and 1 -12 x 12 sheet makes a lot of gaskets

SleazEbay sellers have a multitude of different types of gasket material.
